We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that the data displayed (including WHO/CDC growth reference data, percentile calculations, or z-scores) will be accurate, complete, or up-to-date. The software may contain bugs.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Growthling and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the service.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the event giving rise to liability (which, for a free service, is zero).
Growth reference data is sourced from the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). While we strive to accurately represent this data, we make no guarantee that our calculations, charts, or percentile placements are correct. Manual data entry errors, software bugs, or data processing issues may result in inaccurate information being displayed.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter. We store your child's measurements and profile information to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. However, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data and are not liable for any unauthorized access or data breaches.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
